Hunstanton 2010

Sunday 28th March 2010

This was the first club ride for the season and saw ten bikes along with riders and pillions turn up. This is a very short account of the ride.

I have read Rays account of last years ride and it was rather spooky that we rode the same week end as the clocks altered and Jensen Button won a motor GP. What was also more spooky  was that the sun was out as we started and it remained dry all day.

We had a rather enjoyable ride around the Norfolk countryside and finished up on the sea front at Hunstanton. I suspect that there was about 50 or 60 other bikes parked up when we arrived. Time for a cup of tea and some lunch and those members with cold hands had time for a warm up.

Once all fed and watered and members rounded up we set off for the ride home by the more direct route and those in need of more refreshments stopped off in Coates.

Thanks to all those who attended and let us look forward to another ride soon.
